Delivery Options

1. Standard Delivery (Free)

  • Cost: £0 / €0

2. Express Delivery

  • Estimated time: 4–8 business days

  • Cost: £5.90 / €5.90

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.


Tracking and Deliveries

  • Every order includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

    • attempt a second delivery, or

    • leave collection instructions at the nearest pickup location.

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Delays and Peak Periods

During high-demand periods — such as Black Friday, Christmas, or public holidays — delivery times may be longer than usual.
We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.


Returns and Exchanges
